Thank a Professor Program

The OFE is launching the Thank a Professor program! We invite students to reflect on their education journey and show appreciation for those who have been supporting them. Here is how the program works:

• Students fill out a short form online letting instructors know that their efforts are recognized and appreciated.
  • Students may choose to remain anonymous or include their names.
• After a light screening process, these notes are printed on a certificate and sent to the instructor and their department chair.
• The message may be shared on social media or other promotional communications (with students’ permission) to encourage others to send their thanks to someone who has made a difference in their academic journey.

The program will be continuing on a rolling basis. Submissions will be reviewed monthly.
