Online parking permit registration for Montclair State University and Bloomfield College of Montclair State University campus has begun! All vehicles parked on campus must either be registered with a valid Montclair State University permit or pay for daily parking.
Important Information & Registration Details
- Before you register, it is important to review all available Permit Options online and understand the Parking Regulations that apply to your permit. All vehicles must be parked with a license plate facing the drive aisle for enforcement scanning.
- To prepare for the semester, familiarize yourself with the campus layout by viewing the Parking Map and explore additional transportation options available through the Shuttle Services website and the Parking Services website. For easier navigation on campus, you can download the Parking Logix Parker Mobile App and Trip Shot App.
- Persons With Disabilities (PWD) parking requires either a Montclair State University parking permit or the purchase of daily parking, and vehicles must display a valid state-issued PWD license plate or placard.
- Residents purchasing NJ Transit Permits may park on campus surface lots until Sunday, August 24. Beginning Monday, August 25, NJ Transit permit regulations will be in effect.

Only medical exceptions will be considered. If you are requesting medical exceptions without a New Jersey state-issued hangtag, you must contact the Disability Resource Center with appropriate documentation for consideration of other permit options.
