The Newark Board of Education held on-campus Interviews on December 11 and had a strong turnout. The school district interviewed December graduates who were looking to start a new job as early as January 2020, while working in a school where they can make an immediate difference. Held in University Hall, representatives from Human Resources, school administrators, and supervisors screened candidates and conducted individual interviews.
We are proud to report that out of the 9 Newark schools represented, 26 offers were made to candidates. This event was the first in a series of on-campus events for Teacher Education recruitment for the academic year.
