The need is strong nationally and globally for well-prepared scientists, mathematicians, and science and math educators. CSAM has been diligent in keeping pace with the rapidly changing world by offering relevant and current programs that respond to societal needs in sustainability, pharmaceutical life sciences, science and mathematics teacher education, and health care.
CSAM offers 15 master’s level programs, seven combined bachelor’s degree/master’s degree programs, and two doctoral level programs for students wishing to further their education in science and mathematics.

We offer two new Professional Science Masters (PSM) Programs in:
PSMs are innovative graduate programs designed to allow students to pursue two years of advanced training in science or technology, while simultaneously developing professional skills including an internship that are highly valued by employers.
We offer the only Ed.D. in mathematics education in the state, which prepares students for careers as mathematics educators, mathematics program developers and leaders.
