A cross-functional working group, led by the Director of Retention and Student Success, examines University policies and procedures that may be institutional barriers to student progress and success. The working group proposes strategic modifications to the Associate Provost and engages with campus partners to implement them. The process is undergirded by EAB’s Student Completion Policy Audit toolkit.
