Walkway Detour Near Freeman
Three-week detour begins Wednesday, September 27.

Beginning Wednesday, September 27, Skyline Way (the road that runs behind Freeman and Morehead Halls) will be closed daily (7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) for approximately three (3) weeks.
Detour Details
To access Morehead Hall, from the south of campus, pedestrians should detour around the front of College Hall to Kasser Theater Plaza and then use the newly installed walkway alongside Sprague Library.
To enter campus from the Valley Road bus stop, pedestrians should walk past Skyline Way and continue along Normal Avenue to either the stairs that lead to Russ Hall or to the main College Avenue entrance.

This closure is necessary to allow for the continuation of utility work at the College Hall construction site.
