Week 1: Attend Class Like You Mean It

Showing up matters, but how you show up matters more. Being present in class helps you stay focused, understand expectations and build strong academic habits early.

  • Arrive a few minutes early
  • Sit where you focus best
  • Put phones away and limit distractions
  • Ask questions and take notes

Week 2: Do the Work (On Time)

Completing assignments on time keeps you on track and reduces stress as the semester picks up.

  • Start assignments early
  • Submit work by the deadline
  • Reach out to your instructor if issues come up
