The University Help Desk, located on the 5th floor of University Hall, has several ways that you can reach out to us for assistance in your computer hardware and software needs. The Technology Solutions Center combines services and support from various areas of the Information Technology Division into one central location for your convenience. Please note: Information Technology does not provide any hardware troubleshooting support to personal computers for Faculty, Staff or Students.

Winter/Spring Break Semester Hours
Monday-Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: Closed

Summer Semester Hours
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
Friday, Saturday and Sundays: Closed
