Campus printing services unavailable from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. today for emergency patch

Information Technology will be performing an emergency patch and restart of the PaperCut print servers today, Tuesday August 8th, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

During this 1-hour window, printing to campus networked printers and Sharp multi-function devices will not be available. 

The patch is necessary to address a critical PaperCut software bug that was identified by the vendor yesterday. Their recommendation is for all customers to apply the latest patch as soon as possible.  We thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we perform this necessary preventive maintenance work.
