The fall semester is starting and there’s so much to talk about! Here is just some of What’s New this fall:

New Colleges!

Effective July 1, 2023, the College of Education and Human Services was divided into two separate and distinct entities: the College for Community Health (CCHL) and the College for Education & Engaged Learning (CEEL).

The College for Community Health (CCHL) is committed to improving physical, social and emotional health outcomes, emphasizing equity, justice and inclusivity through excellence in teaching, research and service. The College for Education and Engaged Learning (CEEL) is dedicated to preparing aspiring teachers, administrators and other education professionals for success. Grounded in a commitment to promoting equity and embracing innovation, the College has a rich history of delivering exceptional programs in the field. Dining

Wow! There’s so much happening on the Montclair campus with our new dining partner, Gourmet, joining us this year. Some of the highlights you’ll find this fall include new dining choices in the Student Center Cafeteria (including Hallel!), Freeman Hall dining will include a Teaching Kitchen, the Red Hawk Diner has reopened and Starbucks is coming! And that’s just the start!  Visit the “Dining! What’s New?”

Shuttle Bus App: TripShot!

TripShot is a simple and new platform that can be used to track shuttle schedules and routes in real time. By using TripShot, users can track shuttle locations easily and determine their upcoming arrivals. Bloomfield College Is Now Part of Our University!

The merger of Bloomfield College of Montclair State University was officially announced over the summer, with the approval from the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and state legislation signed by Governor Phil Murphy. Learn More about the Merger and What’s Next.

UWill Teletherapy

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is partnering with Uwill, a student mental health and wellness teletherapy service. Uwill offers you immediate, secure and convenient teletherapy counseling services, should you need them. Check Our Uwill!
