’24-’25 FAFSA Is NOT Available, Yet!

The updated FAFSA forms are normally available as of October 1 of each year. The 2024-2025 FAFSA will not be available until sometime in December. At this time, no specific date has been determined.

Why Is There a Delay?

The Department of Education is doing a major revision to the FAFSA. These changes include:

• Expanded eligibility for federal aid
• More streamlined application process, and
• Better user experience for the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)

When Will the FAFSA Be Launched?

There is no set date for the launch of the FAFSA. Stay informed by visiting the FAFSA website.

The Alternative Application for Financial Aid will be launched by HESAA after the FAFSA is released.
