As part of the University’s continuing efforts to make documents more accessible, the University has recently implemented SensusAccess. Please remember that, consistent with the University Digital Accessibility policy, employees are expected to assure the accessibility of all documents or webpages generally available to our campus community via the web or via broadly distributed emails.
The service is now available and allows members of the University community to upload a document and be emailed back a version that is more accessible to persons with disabilities. Supported document types include Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, Text, HTML and various image file types.
Access the Convert Your Document Into A More Accessible Format webpage for additional information on how to start using SensusAccess.
