DUO “Remember Me” Feature Has Been Temporarily Discontinued

To ensure better security for our users and Montclair’s systems, the DUO “Remember Me” feature has been temporarily discontinued pending further review of our security protocols.

The feature previously allowed users to keep an active DUO session for 12 hours which would reduce the frequency of DUO authentication. Doing this would enable you to return to any application without having to re-authenticate.

The option previously appeared at the bottom of your DUO profile as follows:

Going forward, you will need to re-authenticate to your DUO session every 30 minutes of inactivity.

We expect our review to be concluded shortly and will provide an update as soon as possible. In the meantime, we will keep you posted on any significant developments.
