Course Name: Procurement Lifecycle
Description: In the Procurement Lifecycle class, attendees will perform hands-on exercises to learn the layout of the system, and the procedures to create and manage requisitions, purchase order changes, receipts, and returns.
Target Audience: Cost Center Requisitioner, Cost Center Manager, Grant Manager (PI), Gift Manager, and Project Manager.

Course Name: Expense Reimbursements
Description:The Expense Reimbursement class explains the process and system flows for creating Spend Authorizations and Expense Reports for the Employee as Self, and On Behalf Of other employees and non-employees. Through reference guides and hands-on exercises, attendees are able to understand and learn the system functions, process requirements, and approvals for their requests. This class is recommended for all employees who travel, or have reimbursable expenses to submit to the University.
Target Audience: All Employees who travel, Cost Center Requisitioner, Cost Center Manager, Grant Manager (PI), Gift Manager, and Project Manager.

Course Name: Supplier Invoice
Description:The Supplier Invoice class is recommended for Cost Center Requesters, and will review the process of creating and managing payments where purchase orders are not required within Workday. Attendees will review the Supplier Invoice Number Template, and enter a request into the training system.
Target Audience: Cost Center Requisitioner, Cost Center Manager, Grant Manager (PI), Gift Manager, and Project Manager.

Course Name: Budget Functions
Description:The Budget Functions class explains how to run and review the R002 Budget Report for those users who have access to their Cost Center or Gift budget information in Workday. Additionally, attendees of the session will learn the parameters around budget amendments within the system and the process for creating and submitting them. This class is recommended for users with budget view access.
Target Audience:Cost Center Budget Specialist, Cost Center Manager, and Gift Manager.

Course Name:Account Transfer
Description:During the Account Transfer class, attendees will learn the process of creating financial transfers for expenses and revenues, as well as interdepartmental services. The hands-on exercises within the class reinforce the system steps, and allow attendees to increase their knowledge of the system.
Target Audience:Cost Center Requisitioner, Cost Center Manager, Grant Manager (PI), Gift Manager, and Project Manager.

Course Name:Grants Reporting
Description:The Grants Reporting class reviews the reports, tasks, and transactional data located on the Grants dashboard. A demonstration of how to access and analyze this information within the system will be presented to attendees. This two hour session is recommended for Principal Investigators and those individuals with a role of supporting Grants budgets and transactions. Additionally, this class will review the Spend Authorization and Expense Reimbursement processes.
Target Audience:Grant Manager (PI), Grant Financial Analyst

Course Name:P-Card Transactions
Description:In the P-Card Transactions session, the P-Card Holder will learn the process of how to review transactional data, and correctly allocate the p-card purchases to the appropriate area within their budget lines. Approvers will be taught how to review and process the completed information. This demonstration is REQUIRED for all employees currently working with P-Cards.
