Workday Student will become Montclair State University’s new student information system in 2027, replacing our current system, Banner.
The move to Workday Student will improve and streamline processes across the University, from recruiting and enrollment, to student financials and financial aid, to registration and graduation.
Visit our growing library of demo videos for more sneak peeks.
Please note, the system is still being configured, so there may be some changes from these demos once it goes live.

- More transparency, with self-service and all your information in one place
- A more mobile friendly experience
- An intuitive interface that looks more like the commercial websites you use every day
Faculty and staff benefit from:

- User-friendly interface that is easier to navigate
- Customization for your processes and reports
- Simple messaging and scheduling within the platform
- Ability to make data-informed interventions and decisions
- Built-in auditing and compliance controls
- A modern platform that will keep up with current technology and our requirements
