Beginning August 19th, the Recruitment module of Workday will be available to candidates applying for new job postings and hiring managers and Search Committees.
This new process will replace the current manual process with a streamlined process significantly reducing the time to hire.
On Thursday, August 15th, Human Resources will stop supporting job postings in the current iCIMS recruiting system and no longer accept paper PAAF (Position Action Approval Forms) forms.
For job postings created between August 1st and August 15th 2019, managers will be able to continue reviewing applicant submissions for all postings and continue to follow the same hiring process used today, if a finalist is ready for hire prior to the August 19th go-live. Depending on the stage of the search (for example, initial candidate review or final candidate selection) some candidates may have to apply in the Workday Recruiting system.
