Payroll Services

The Office of Payroll Services manages and administers the programs, policies and procedures related to employee compensation, including payroll, timekeeping and employment verification. 

Please refer to the 2016 Pay Date Schedule below. Note that Limited Duration and Temporary Service employees are paid on the Supplemental Schedule. All other employees are paid on the Regular Schedule.

Direct Deposit Mandatory Notice

Pay Card Cardholder Fee Schedule

All employees must enroll in Direct Deposit effective May 1, 2014 (see Notice). With Direct Deposit, your paycheck is electronically transferred to your designated bank account(s) at 9:00 a.m. on payday.  The program is safe, convenient and free.

We can also deposit your pay into up to four separate accounts, with the availability of two checking and two savings accounts at different financial institutions.
