2021 Benefits Open Enrollment

The New Jersey Division of Pensions and Benefits (NJDPB) has designated October 1, 2021 – October 31, 2021, as Open Enrollment. Open Enrollment is your yearly opportunity to review benefits and make changes for the next calendar year. All changes made during Open Enrollment will be effective on January 1, 2022.

Enrollment

  • No action is required, if you do not wish to change or modify your medical or dental benefits.
  • Action is required to re-enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts.

Beginning October 1, 2021, employees will be able to log into the Benefitsolver website by accessing a link on the MyNewJersey portal (my.state.nj.us).

What’s New?

Find out What’s New for 2022 at the interactive Virtual Benefits Fair! Log into this NJDPB web portal to interact with vendors and view resources about your benefit options. That includes:

  • See what’s new and changing for benefits
  • Take part in webinars and speak directly to plan vendors
  • See the tools you have at your disposal to fully understand your benefits
  • Access resources to help you compare plans

Flexible Spending Accounts

If you want to participate in the Tax$ave Medical and/or Dependent Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) in 2022, you must enroll in the FSA plan(s) during Open Enrollment.

Enrollment in the Tax$ave FSAs do not renew automatically from plan year to plan year, you must re-enroll every year.
