As we continue to navigate remote work and the transition back to campus, we have posted a few resources under Resources for Employees on the Human Resources Employee Resources website. These resources can help employees with continued challenges of working remotely/in a virtual environment, adjusting to new social dynamics and balancing home life. The site also offers best practices on managing stress, promoting self-care as well as tips on managing your Zoom sessions.
We encourage you to take advantage of the resources provided on the website as your schedule permits. Additional resources will be added on an ongoing basis, so please continue to visit the site for updates.
