Human Resources Business Partners

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor, trusted partner, and advocate for managers and employees within their specified divisions.

As a highly visible campus resource, the HRBP will develop and maintain effective working relationships between Human Resources and the respective Department Heads.

The HRBP will operate as a business partner with the Division to address all HR related issues and matters including recruitment, employment, total compensation, employee and labor relations, and training and development. 

The HRBP will be a change agent, management advocate and employee resource and will provide expert guidance and solutions aligned with university strategy and objectives.

To Summarize

The HRBP works with managers to track trends across the divisions and makes recommendations for how to address issues and enhance performance while keeping aligned with division and University values and goals.
