The Talent Acquisition team partners with the campus community to support strategic recruiting and hiring efforts across the university. Through consultative guidance and hands-on support, the team works closely with hiring managers and search committees to recruit and hire top talent for a wide range of positions.
Our team promotes effective, equitable and efficient search practices by providing guidance on recruitment strategies and search processes that align with university policies and best practice.
