Leadership University 

Multi-week hybrid program offered each Fall and Spring on Fridays for 2-4 hours (depending on the topic) to newly hired or newly promoted managers (Director, Associate Director, Assistant Director).  This program develops the skills and confidence needed to meet career goals and prosper as a leader.
